Name: Fresh Breeze
Recipe
1 oz of gin (your choice)
1 oz Lily Wintergreen Liqueur
0.75 oz of maple syrup
0.5 oz of verjuice (or 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice)
3 fresh sage leaves
5 drops of Amer Kebek’s “Forest”
* Absinthe “Flamber” (glass rinse)
Glass: Coupette or Marie-Antoinette + balloon glass (for flaming)
Method
“Flamber” your absinthe in the glass, shake vigorously, double strain and pour the drink in the glass.
