Amer Kebek Walnut
Ingredients
1.25 oz of gin
1 oz of organic carrot juice
0.75 oz of honey
0.5 oz of verjuice (or freshly squeezed lemon juice)
3 fresh sage leaves
5 drops of Amer Kebek “Black Walnut”
Ice
Method
Put all the ingredients and ice cubes in the shaker, except the sage leaves
Lightly tear the sage leaves with your hands and add them in the shaker
Shake everything vigorously for about 10 seconds
Pass everything through your cocktail strainer and a fine mesh sieve and pour into the glass
Garnish with a sage leaf
Amer Kebek Flowers
Ingredients
1.25 oz of gin
1 oz of “honey and rose” syrup
0.25 oz of verjuice (or freshly squeezed lemon juice)
5 drops of Amer Kebek “Flowers”
Top up with Prosecco (or sparkling water)
Method
Put all the ingredients in the shaker without the bubbles
Add the “Flowers” bitter and ice cubes in the shaker
Shake everything for about 6 seconds
Pass everything through your strainer and a small sieve and pour into the glass
Top up with sparkling wine or sparkling water
Ingredients for the “honey and rose” syrup
Honey
Rose petals (or rose water)
Water
Method for “honey and rose” syrup
Place ½ cup of water in a pot
Add ¼ cup of honey
Bring to a boil
Remove from heat and wait a few minutes
Add a tablespoon of rose petals (or a quarter teaspoon rose water)

Leave to infuse in the refrigerator overnight
Take out of the refrigerator and strain everything with a cocktail strainer and fine mesh sieve.
Amer Kebek Forest
Ingredients
1.5 oz of gin
1.5 oz of oat milk
1 oz of wintergreen syrup
0.75 oz of verjuice (or freshly squeezed lemon juice))
2 egg whites
5 drops of Amer Kebek “Forest”
3 oz of soda
Method
Put all the ingredients, except the soda, in the shaker, adding the egg whites last
Shake vigorously for 1 minute
Add ice and shake again
Filter into a highball type glass
Top up with the soda
Ingredients for “wintergreen” tea syrup
Sugar
Wild tea leaves
Water
Method for Wintergreen tea syrup
Place ½ cup of water in a pot
Add 1/3 cup of sugar
Bring to a boil
Add ¼ cup of wintergreen leaves
Remove from heat and wait a few minutes
Leave to infuse in the refrigerator overnight
Take out of the refrigerator and strain everything with a cocktail strainer and fine mesh sieve
Amer Kebek Wild Mushrooms
Ingredients
2 oz whiskey infused with artisan Dry sausage
0.5 oz of maple syrup
4 drops of Amer Kebek “Wild Mushrooms”
Method
Put a large ice cube in an “Old Fashioned” glass
Add all the ingredients in the glass
Mix with your bar spoon
Method for infusion
Put 2 oz of gin in a “Mason” jar
Add 5 very thin slices of artisanal dry sausage and let it macerate for 24 hours
Pass the mix through a coffee filter
